Calling all Prayer Warriors – Tues. 24

Some local happenings aren’t especially “newsworthy,” but are still helpful for the community to be aware of them.

If you are so inclined, please say a little prayer for each of these neighbors who may be having a bad day (to say the least). Also, remember the emergency professionals as they often work through dangerous situations.

Tuesday happenings:

A verbal assault turned physical between two females in Wentzville.

A 26 year old man endured an electrocution because of a lightning strike in St. Charles.

A pedestrian was struck on Highway 70, near the Cave Springs exit.

A two-story home caught fire on Stracks Church Road.

There was a head-on collision on Veteran’s Memorial Parkway at the Bent Oak Cutoff in Lake Saint Louis. (Everyone seemed OK)

Someone had a stroke on Shady Oak Drive in St. Charles.

Someone overdosed in O’Fallon, off of Runny Meade.

Someone was reported having difficulty breathing at a nursing home in St. Charles.

Someone had a stroke on Millrace Drive in St. Peters.

One more thing:

Please keep in mind those dealing with the tragedy of recent and upcoming flooding.
