Cat In A Basket is set to host a Spring Shopping Boutique & Girl’s Day Out on April 10 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Wingate Hotel in Weldon Spring. This event will showcase the products and services of local women entrepreneurs; and proceeds will benefit a great organization--The St. Louis Crisis Nursery.

Rachel Sarino, owner of Cat In A Basket, has been busily coordinating the function, which is sure to be an empowering and positive experience. This will provide a great opportunity to find unique gift ideas. You’re sure to discover cool items for Mother’s Day and gifts for school teachers, too.

The event will offer interactive Style and Wellness stations which are always a good time during a girl’s outing. The St. Louis Crisis Nursery will also be on scene sharing information about their work and volunteer opportunities.

“There are so many Moms, including myself who have started our own business in this economy, juggling our families and building strong, successful businesses,” said Sarino. “I’m proud to be a part of this community and am organizing this event to support Moms like myself and a charity that is close to my heart, The St. Louis Crisis Nursery.”

So, grab your friends and head to the Spring Shopping Boutique & Girl’s Day Out. You’ll enjoy some much-needed girl time while boosting our community, too.
